These Terms of Service govern your use of the Forge N Build website and your purchase of products from Forge N Build. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Store and platform
This store is operated by Forge N Build and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and process orders. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Forge N Build.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order. You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or violate the rights of Forge N Build or others.
Product information and compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, compatibility, and prices accurately. Product color and surface appearance may vary slightly because of display settings and the nature of small-batch 3D printing. Tools, batteries, rails, accessories, and mounting hardware shown in photos are not included unless the product page explicitly says they are included.
Compatibility depends on the exact tool, rail, battery, or model. Review the product page and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Modifying a product or using it with an unlisted or incompatible model is at the customer's risk.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, address verification, fraud review, and our ability to produce and ship the item. We may reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unsupported destinations, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Production, shipping, returns, and cancellations
Production and delivery estimates, shipping rates, international shipping terms, and carrier limitations are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 7-day request window, personalized-product exclusions, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are described in our Refund Policy. Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase; after that window, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Personalized and custom products
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, measurements, model information, and other customization details before submitting an order. Personalized or custom-made products are final sale except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, as described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The website design, Forge N Build name and branding, product names, original product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Forge N Build and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content or product designs without written permission.
Third-party brand names are used only to identify compatibility. Forge N Build is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Festool, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, or other third-party brands unless explicitly stated.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Products must be used with appropriate tools, protective equipment, manufacturer instructions, and normal workshop safety practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forge N Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible tools or models, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. The Terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
