Shipping policy

Production and preparation

Orders may require up to 5 business days for production, inspection, and preparation before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Tracking information is emailed after the order ships.

United States shipping

Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays may occur, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

  • Standard: $8 USD for orders below $70 USD.
  • Free Standard: available when the eligible order subtotal is $70 USD or more.
  • Express: $15 USD.

Express shipping changes the carrier service after dispatch; it does not shorten the production and preparation period. The shipping options and price displayed at checkout control if they differ from this summary.

International shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries shown at checkout. Available services currently include live carrier options from USPS and DHL Express. Shipping services, cost, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and order.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount collected by Forge N Build. Customs processing may delay delivery, and product availability may vary by country.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us within 2 hours of purchase if an address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking and carrier delays

Tracking is emailed when available after dispatch. Tracking updates and delivery scans are controlled by the carrier. Weather, peak periods, customs, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us so we can review the available information.
